Detection is an arms race. Every new voice model is a new attack, which is what makes the work interesting, and what makes ownership here real.
The threat is already here
Cloning a voice takes seconds of audio and a few dollars. Our detection runs against live attacks today, so what you ship gets used against real fraud instead of sitting on a roadmap.
Genuinely hard problems
Attackers change tactics every few months, a verdict has to land in under 50 ms, and a false alarm costs as much as a miss. Whatever you work on, the constraints are real.
Ownership, not tickets
The team is small enough that nothing is someone else's department. You take problems end to end, decide how they get solved, and hold equity in what you build.
Zurich, hybrid, together often enough
We work hybrid from Zurich with at least two days a week in the office, because the hard calls are still easier to make in the same room.
